Camden Garden Club Introduces Scholarship Recipients at Annual Luncheon

At their Annual June Luncheon, on June 15th, the Camden Garden Club introduced this year’s four scholarship recipients. The following four awards were announced:
Graduating senior Sam Bail who will be attending Hampshire College in Amherst, MA where he intends to major in environmental science and sustainable agriculture.
Also awarded were two first time scholarships members of the CRHS class of 2010:
Jessie Mathews, who is a sophomore at Boston University majoring in marine science.
Adrienne Horne who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Evironmental engineering at Smith College. Adrienne is currently in China.
Lastly, for the 3rd year we have awarded a scholarship to Asa Peats a junior at the University of Rhode Island where he is pursuing a degree in landscape architecture.
In addition Camden Garden Club will be providing to Tanglewood a scholarship for their residential camper program that focuses on environmental and nature studies.
